Comments
Thanks for this work. The level of extermination of intersex people in the developing world is greater and more horrendous than reported. At SIPD, we are launching a vibrant media campaign against silence, stigma in Uganda and corrective surgery of infants.

I applaud the work you are all doing and the open letter sent to participants in the symposium in Lübeck. It is appalling to hear of the continued disgraceful behavior of the medical profession and their mutilation of children's bodies. Unless there is a threat to a persons immediate health, there should be no intervention or surgery until a person is old enough to decide for themselves.
These actions and attitudes permeate through all areas of life and it is time those attitudes changed and that our world learns to accept and embrace diversity. That is what makes up our amazing human race.
Keep up the great work.
